I'm on the list to receive one, won't be until 2010 though.

I know quite a bit about this car actually...

20 cars to be made, 11 coming to the states... specifically styled after the F-22 Rapter . The engine is about 20 HP stronger than the current LP 640 Mucielago.

To me, a self proclaimed car enthusiast, this is quite a waste of money to an actual autophile. For just about triple the price of a regular Murcielago, you get something that looks a small bit different and performs practically the same. Of course, this car isn't being built for the driver, it is being built for the collector. Surely, the 11 that come to states will probably manage to get less than a thousand miles total out of all of them in the next 15 years, when they will surely be sold for a profit.

The single most interesting feature on the car is the tachometer and speedometer which can be converted from a regular speedometer with MPH and RPMs, etc. etc. to one that is directly designed after the cockpit of an F22A.

Here is a picture

.........and just so everyone knows, the V in Reventon is actually pronounced as a B............so it's pronounced as REBENTON.

I'm sure it is fast as hell and I'd love to own it and drive it, but it is really just a little stupid looking with all the slats, scoops and stuff. It is a stiking vehicle, but it strikes me as a Revel model. Then again, Lambo hasn't made a 'beautiful' car since the Miura, all the rest have just had shock value, and this one is the most shocking.

^^ If I'm going to spend 800,000 pounds ($1,611,389.27) on a car, it better look absolutely ridiculous and unlike anything else anyone has ever seen. I agree that it's not one of those speechlessly beautiful cars (like the Masterati GT or Aston Martin DBS) but it has a character of it's own that no other vehicles possess.
