Something everybody did last year on one of our local forums. Everybody posted up a pic of their odo at the first of the year along with a timestamp in the same pic (cell phone/GPS/ect... anything with a satellite set date and time). At first they were gonna have everybody pitch in $20 or so and at the end of the year winner takes all. But it ended up being only a few people so they didn't do that, just made it a fun thing. They'd post up the progress every 3 months too

Sooooo anybody want to give it a shot? Don't be skeeered.... I may not log all too much this year, since my commute is shorter, and I don't have to ride 3000 miles roundtrip to go play in the mountains anymore, heheh

Im down when i get home ill post up my odometer. I think im around 16k from november 05, but then again i didnt ride it a lot.

 

Alright cool.... it doesn't matter where you're at now, it's just whatever you're starting with at the beginning of the year (today), and then whatever it is on 12-31-08... the total for the year. So you're starting fresh just for this current year basically

I'm game...........once I get the new bike to log miles on.

Since my crash, I've already logged 1200 miles on the rental car, so I'm thinking 2008 is going to be a high-milage year for myself.

 

Im hoping for atleast 40k this year. I think i can do it once the warm weather hits.
