200+ Miles Today Holy S#@*
Any day out ridding your scooter no matter how long or how short the ride is better than just one hour of laying around the house pissen and moaning about how bad you feel. Long line but you can quote me on it. You young cowboys will see only to soon. I have arthritus pretty bad and on a not so good day I put on wrist braces. a back brace and in 3 min. of ridding I forget all about it.

Beautiful bike, and the biker babe is cute as a bugs ear. Granddaughter? The wife and I have a couple about that age. Great, aren't they? Glad to hear your back held up. It took at 280 miler Saturday, but mine was on the flats. A quick run to the nearest city to get a new hard drive for the laptop and then right back home. My back, arms, wrists and so on did fine. It was the knees and hips that got me on this ride. It must be the lack of exercise and riding that does it. I made a 580 mile run to Spokane in June with little trouble, and a couple 350 mile jaunts in July with no problems. But then there was six weeks or so of short jaunts around town and no regular exercise that put my 62 year old body out of shape in a hurry.
Here's a picture of the Spokane trip on the Idaho side of Lookout Pass. It was a little wet that day. The bike is a '91 1000F.
