Both amazing cars, would not suck to have either one.

The vette and the mustang are different animals, they always have been. I still own a big block 1970 corvette and have owned a few mustangs, it isn't a real comparison. The corvette is designed from the ground up to be a sports car, the mustang has always had its roots in a people mover chassis and never was considered state of the art or a sports car. Also, I am not sure about the rear seat situation in a stang, but I know the vette is definitely lacking. The problem with vettes is that they just aren't 'cool', like a challenger, camaroor a stang to most people because they weren't the kind of cars that they had or almost could have had in High School.

Corvette people are rarely ever mustang people and vice versa, as a matter of fact, most vintage corvette owners can't figure out why anyone would collect a mustang orChevelle or a GTO, those cars just seem like grocery getters with a little more power, not something special.

They both sound mean though.

Is the mustang an auto since I kept hearing the rev limiter bouncing in the exhuast?

That 10.98 is better than most bikes ... I am a bit pessimistic about the 'bone stock' part though [8D]
Would you like to see a timeslip?
My point being I could write 'bone stock' on a time slip (or use a puter to do it) but it doesn't make it so. Not a stretch to imagine the stock tires would be able to grip enough to run into the 9s but I'm talkin motor mods. I have yet to meet a diehard racer that wouldn't cheat just a bit

I dunno chain, the Z06 only weights 3132 lbs...505 HP is plenty enough to get into the 10s.
