Lets get this back on track for you Dennis, shall we?

Welcome to CBRF!! I'm sure you can get an answer to your question, you merely need to post it where the most knowledgable members for your particular bike hang out. Try the 900RR forums or General Tech. Someone in there should know or at least be able to make up something that sounds plausible.

Good luck and post up some pics of your ride when you get the chance. We love pics in here and even look at the ones of motorcycles sometimes.

Take care and see you around.

Yes, it does happen with the welcome crew at times but I feel the overall impression is still a nice welcome and friendly chit chat, they always get their questions answered and pointed to the various forums ..I also feel its still ten times better than seeing nearly a whole page of zero replies to newbies not that long ago ..

You can try to justify it all you want, it's still a total thread jack and the conversation has nothing to do with, nor does it involve the no0b you are using in your justification.

Please, feel free to continue.

I dont feel there is anything to justify here .. I just think people are people and the welcome crew are a friendly and happy bunch, its infinitely more preferably than the old days and to be honest most of the welcome threads are really spot on with each of us posting our own welcome and various links to the site .. if banter outside of that also occurs I just dont see a problem especially as at times I have found the newbies join in too :-)
