Yet another Newbie
 

Hello everyone! I've been browsing around here for about a month, after I bought my first bike. I got a 1992 cbr 600 F2 and am loving it so far, as I ride it everyday. Im 26 and live in Socal; Lake Forest to be exact(if you know where that is, you are probably very nearby).

Looking to meet some new people that are also into bikes and want to go on some beautiful rides!

Thanks to everyone here for being so active and helpful, as I have already learned a ton from the forums and have a long way to go...

You should be scared to death to ride in socal traffic! I feel a little more at ease, because I have lived here(orange county) my whole life and am pretty comfortable with the way people drive. Im pretty good at predicting people here and have learned the only way to survive is to KEEP MY DISTANCE away from everyone. LA is a whole different story. That place scares the crap out of me even when Im in a car. Rest assure, its not better than you think! haha And that is why I wear full gear all the time! Those boys on their Gixxers in shorts and a tshirt are insane.

Thanks! I think Im hooked on Honda. :) With it only having 12k miles, I couldn't pass it up.

Hello everyone.. I just bought my first bike and its a CBR 600rr white pearl and silver.. AND I LOVE IT... This is the first bike i have ever riden so i'm still a little skidish.... I hope to met some cool people and maybe learn a few pointers in the procces.. DOes anyone know where i can get a good tank protector.. All i can seem to find is those plastic sticker types... I would rather have a leather one. So if you know where i can pick one up let me know.... safe ridin everyone...
