Hi from USA Washington state. Found a 2001cbr929rr in pretty bad condition some one stunted the crud out of her then tried to pass her off as just been laid down. Well got her for a good price and went to work. I'm riding now but going to put her back under the knife this winter there were a lot of f1 codes and a hole lot of deletes done. Changed out a lot of components and did a lot of research thank you all this was a very useful tool for getting my information I needed to fix my bike. Oh ya and ebay saved my pocket book.

 

@Dustin Covert Welcome to the forum. I'm guessing she's not ready for pictures yet eh...lol? Sounds like you've been giving her a little TLC.

 

Yes have pics. Still a little rough around the edges I've done alot of work to her my self from rebuilding the fork tubes to welding up the cracks in the engine cases 😅 oil leaks are a big petpeve of mine. That's one of the biggest things she's going back under the knife for this winter. Maine drive sprocket seal that can only be changed by splitting the case. So got to buy a complete kinetic gasket Kit seals and o-rings. Oh ya and for any one that has had a problem finding those o-rings for the water pump you can get them at any o-ring and seal shop there about 1.50 for 10. I chang them out every season
