Hello, I just got a 2004 Honda CBR600F4i and it won't start., One of the things that I do not hear is the Fuel Pump. Have done some research on Youtube but people say you should be able to hear the pump. How can I test the pump?

It has Gas, Has a new battery and i have it plugged in to make sure its fully charged. OH it has been sitting for a very long time.
