Default why hello there!

Hello there~

I'm excited to be going for my license soon, looking into getting a 600RR as a 1st bike. A question I wanna ask is any recommendations on which year to get? or anything about a certain year I shouldn't get? please let me know the pros and cons about the different 600RR's if there's anything about them =P

cheers
Shunya

Hmmm.... i'm not sure if I should go with my standard intro or my special one.

Welcome to the forum! I guess you're signed up for the MSF class? Best way to start off riding. Anyways clearly the 09 600RR is the best one.

Welcome to the forum Shunya!

Like Nate, I'm not going to be judgmental about what you get for your first bike. That is your decision. Just respect the bike, ride your own ride, & be safe. As recommended, the MSF Course is an excellent basis for learning to ride safely w/ proper technique. Build upon that foundation to b/c a good rider.

You can read reviews, opinions, etc, on dif RR models in the sections here on the board.

As for gear... the more the better! Too, typically w/ gear, you get what you pay for. Buy the best you can afford. We have a Riding Gear section here on the forum. Be sure to spend some time there reading reviews, etc.

Hey Shunya, can't really comment on the differences between the various models of the 600RR, but I'm pretty sure they're all plenty fast. Make sure you get lots of quality gear & real good insurance. Good lucK!
