Hi & welcome aboard!
If the model year is an '01, then it should be a 929 if I'm not mistaken.
Post a pic then we can let U know

Cool

wuz up spyder i see u were a once gixxer rider as well , as it says in my post as was too and i finally made it to the ranks of a cbr .. i have always liked the looks and ride of a cbr just took me a bit to get there ... i saw u replied to my post that you are soon moving down here to nc , well i was born and raised in texas but did live a while in md out in carroll , frederick then washington counties .. moving down here was a good thing for me personally cause i really didnt like md .. alot nicer people here , cheaper living and a great state to live i do not regret the move to nc one bit .. it cracks me up down here when they call me a yankee since i was born and raised more south then them lol .. where have u rode in md ? maybe we have waved at each other before i used to ride all over md , even down in charm city a time or two

Welcome to the CBRF, Spyder!

I'm about 90 miles from b-more. Closer to where cruising carolina mentioned. Washington County is in my back yard.

Enjoy the forum and ride safe...
