Default Speedometre Calibration

I just bought my 2000 929, mostly stock, DB screen and a Devil highmount.

Front sprocket has been dropped one tooth, can the speedo be re-calibrated?

Any opinions on tires for this?? Mostly highway miles.

You can correct the speedo for about $100 with a speedo healer. Click here to check one out.

What do you need out of tires? Do you want super sticky lasting about 3000 miles or sticky tires that last longer?

Thanks for the tip! Tires wise, I think I will go with the Battleaxx - though the Michelin Pilot Sport looks nice too! (bit more money, though). Any thoughts on going two up on the rear sprocket aswell? How bout a Power Commander in the near future?

With the 1000 thought about converting to 520 and changing front and rear sprocket. Read hooligan bike techs website and now just thinging about keeping it at 530 and going up 2 teeth on the rear. Changing out the front sometimes causes vibrations to occur, that the oem front sprocket cures.
