Default So... I'm new, but you probably already knew

So, I'm considering buying a bike in a few days and have been lurking around on here for about a week reading up on things. The bike I'm looking at is a '95 F3 that needs a bit of work. New fairings (I may end up streetfighting it, at least for now), new front light, and maybe some forks (but I think they may just be twisted by the looks of them.) I've been riding dirtbikes for around 10 years now, but never really got into the street. Most recently, I rode an XR600R, talk about a torque monster. Hopefully I can make the transition smoothly.

Well, I know enough to understand what I read about it, and how to ask questions.
