hey all, just picked up an 03 600RR with some damage (poor bike) on her, but hopefully I can fix them in the next month or so.
Here are some pix:
these are the only ones i have that don't include the plates, sorry guys.
10k miles on her now!
EDIT: Is there a different how-to sections for RR or are they all integrated? (RR's and Fi's)

lol thanks, **** i knew i was forgetting something. oh well.
yeah i've decided on the 600 because it's cheaper. Damage is mostly on the other side; the frame slider got punched in due to a 10-mph low-sided accident (yeah I've fell already), scratches on the fenders and rear tail. She also needs new brake handle, because it's bent and it gets pushed back if i steer all the way to the right.
needs an oil change, new chain and sprocket, and possibly brake pads if they're too thin. Other than these, just comsetic damages....she'll be good as new once i get them all fixed!

actually, there was several damaged spots beforehand. The guy dropped the bike two times at least, because there frame slider and the tails were scratched massively. However, there was no frame damage and the bike turns beautifully, so i picked her up.
Got her for 3500 dollars, and yes she's going to be the beat-me-up before my next my bike comes along

$3500 for an 03 is pretty bloody good !! even with a few thing needing done to her ...well done mate ..
As far as you getting beat up by her ...I would not be too worried ...it is amazing how much we all learn from a few little accidents .. me included
You will very soon know what to watch out for and what NOT to do ...
