Old Newbie
Hello Motorheads. Name is Keith from Flower Mound, TX. I'm an old newbie, just turned 54. Been riding bikes since 15. Presently own the 06 CBR 1000 with numerous mods, a 750 Nighthawk, and a 1970 CT70 that I'm presently restoring as a pit bike.
Ride with a local group, TXsportriders.com, do a lot of track days, and plan on doing some endurance racing with some buddies this year with an 04 954 and some sprint races with my CBR 1000 through CMRA.
Love my CBR 1000. A list of some of the mods. Power Commander, M4 slip on, BMC filters, Galfer rotors, Brembo calipers and master-
cyclinder, the new GPR stabilizer, AFAM sprockets, DID chain, Gilles rear set and chain adjusters, and some carbon fiber parts, Elka rear shock.A money hole for sure. Will be going with the full exhaust some timeearly next year. Anyone using a full system, let me know your thoughts.

Welcome Keith. It's great to hear from experience and perspective--all too rare these days. It sounds like you could easily ****** a Bike of the Month honor, post some pics when you can!
