Default Oh hey guys..

Figured it's about time to register since I've been creeping these forums nonstop since I bought my F3 in March!

Here's my introduction...

Last week I was an idiot and ate doody a few days after my girlfriend dropped my bike. Eff yeah. Awesome week. The fairings and gauge are pooched so I'm making the best of what I have.

A Honda Hornet headlight is on its way from China and I'm trying to track down a decently priced F4i gauge cluster and temperature sensor from an early 2000's RR so the gauge works.

Here's what I accomplished last night...

Here's where I hope to end up within the next couple of days. Pulling the wiring harness and engine is going to be fun. I want to do this properly.

Yes, that blue scooter creeping the shot is mine.

Expect me to ask a lot of stupid questions regarding this project. I look forward to hopefully contributing somewhat to this community

Hey there QNEV, congratulations on your new bike. Looks like it's coming along great.
Just out of curiosity, how did you gain access to that bike shop?
Do you know somebody or is it one of those public rental deals?

Welcome to CBRF

Welcome to the forum, it is too bad it took laying down your bike to get you to post! lol

Fixing a bike is great fun, and the best way to learn to ride safe IMHO.

I work at a scooter shop so I have full access to a lift and pretty much any tool I need after my shift. Planning on spending lots of late nights in there haha
