stator is overcharging or the R/R got old and crapped out. Gotta figure it out when finals are over

Just replaced both of mine....like 240.00 something......, but they are both brand new and I am back on th eroad as of today.

Hells yah....

It is easy to replace. I followed teh manual an dit had me remove the Tank, but I think you can do it without taking the tank off. THat was the hardest part...I had about a half a tank and didn't have any money at the time to buy a gas can to put it all in, so I used some tape and a bold to help plug the gas lines and alot of paper rags.

What roads do you take at S. Mountain?
I haven't driven r ridin around there, but I have a friend that wants to hook up and ride and he is on the east valley and me on teh n.west. That sound like a good happy-medium.

just take central ave south. it runs right into the park. bout halfway up the mountain is a Y in the road, left goes to the summit, and right takes you into the backside of the mountain up to all the towers. both are very fun roads, and can get quite technical in a few places.

take it easy and it will be a blast... theyre usually pretty good about keeping the roads cleaned up but there can be patches of gravel so keep your head on a swivel.

Finally getting a ride together from Phoenix to Jerome, by way of Yarnell.
Should be a blaste.
Used to do it in my sports cars all the time. Lot more patrol men last time I went up to Jerome.

Anyways we are going up on June 12th, if anyone in the area is intrested let me know an d I will send you out some details.

It will be a mixed group of sport bikes and cruizers.
