Newbie in South Cambridgeshire
Hi guys and girls
I'm Wayne, I live in a little village in South Cambridgeshire, new to bikes (passed test in July 2012) finally got the nod from the boss to get my first big bike now things have settled after our move from London.
Hoping going to be looking at a 1990 CBR 600 33k on the clock, fingers crossed this time next week I will have my bike :-)

Thanks guys.
I have been having a read through the 600f section so I'm geting some tips, I hope to have my brother who has a Triumph 995i RS and a mate who is a custom bike builder who has a Vmax, Vmax trike and a fireblade in his collection atm coming with me
Got all my riding gear sorted even the base layers, only a 10 mile ride home if I get it but 10 miles to get cold at this time of year and 10 miles could turn to 20 miles lol
I have spoken to the seller and he has told me it has good service history, about 10 moths MOT and 8 months tax, in the 2 years he has owned it he has put a full stainless exhaust system, chain and sprockets, new battery, new right side controls (ignition etc)
So fingers crossed it will be a good bike.

Welcome to the forum Wayne, I hope the bike turns out to be a good purchase, like Demon already said, don't sweat it if the bike isn't up to scratch as there are always other bikes out there. Personally, from my own experience and that I seem to attract bad luck anyway, I got my CBR600RR 2009 from a dealership.
