Newbie from Michigan
As the title states: I'm a newbie from Michigan, looking for my first sport bike. I ride quads, dirt bikes now looking to hit the streets. I've been looking for a bike for a few months now and came across a 03 600rr w/3400 miles for $4500, Think this is the one. I like the feel of a gsxr, but love the looks of a honda. Any advice would be great

I work a local shop... and all we get is kids on gsxr's with problems..
All the honda guys' bikes never have any problems
Hondas are built like tanks.
600rr is a great bike. I never hear any bad things about them.

SSSHHHHHH!!!!!!! you shouldnt say the G-word on a cbr site. the gremlins get angry!!
All jokes aside the 600rr is an awesome, well rounded bike for new and experienced riders alike. but like regener8ed said, we're a little biased when it comes to the opinions...
good luck in the hunt and let us know how it turns out

Welcome to CBRF!! Everything I've ever heard about the 600RR's has been positive, so I don't think you'll be disappointed if you pull the trigger on one. What you might want to do is ask the guys in the 600rr Section whether that's a fair price for that particular bike or not.
Good luck whatever you choose and enjoy the forums.
