Newbie

Hey guys, my name is shawn from ohio. I recently acquired a 98 cbrf3 from a buddy who had it for 5 years. The bike had been stunted for the last few years and seems like the owner lost interest. it came with two motors, a 98 and a 95, and a whole bunch of other parts. But im missing the front fender, seat, bottom radiator hose, rear disc, tail fairings, upper fairings and a few other things but those are the biggest. Its my first street bike so im super excited, i have a good friend whose 42 and owns a 04 zrx 1200 who will be my riding buddy. He used to race with me and my dad on vintage bikes like 1974 honda cr's, 1977 yamaha yz's, and a few other late seventys and early eighty bikes. If anyone has any good advice or any parts for a good deal talk to me.

Hi & welcome to the forum Shawn!
SOunds like abit of a project but you'll be in good hands over here if you have any questions on puttin' her back together.
The F3,like most Hondas,is a bulletproof bike & should last you for quite some time.
CHeck out the F3 forum for answers to your build questions.
Good luck, have fun and keep us posted with plenty of pics :icon_mrgreen:
