Default New from Washington D.C., just bought f4

Hey everyone,

Just picked up a 2000 CBR f4 yesterday. Looking forward to learning more about it on this forum and meeting some local riders.

The first bike I got a lot of experience on was my old roommates 600RR. I've also ridden a fair share of Harley's, Bimmers, Yamaha's, and a Goldwing.

I figured I should stop borrowing/renting and just buy one. I'm very mechanically competent with cars but this'll be my first time really getting my hands dirty on a bike so be easy on me!

hey Steve and welcome to CBRF!!

The bike looks great, with these carbed CBRs I find balancing the carbs makes a huge
difference to low speed and smooth running.

Take care and enjoy the forums!! :-)

Jules
