Default New Rider from Hawaii!

Aloha everyone im solidsnake. I was born and raised in hawaii and i just started riding about a year ago. I have a 98cbr F3 600. Good fun. Unfortunately the person I bought it from didn't take car of it so it was in pretty rough shape when I bought it for 2,200 bucks. Ive been restoring it with the help of friends and mechanics. Ive spent about 3 grand on it, rebuilt the carbs, new tires, new paint job, new forks, accessories, etc. Kind of a waste of money I know but it only has 20k miles on it and it runs real good now. Im almost finished painting the fairings so ill post a pic when its done. Hawaii is a great place to ride! Except there is no race track. At least I have an excuse for when I get pulled over

Welcome aboard!

Which island you on? We have a member or two in Hawaii.

Sounds like you've put a lot of TLC as well as money into your bike. Sounds like you've really brought it back. We look forward to seeing it.

Good to have you w/ us.
