Start there. It's usually related to the non factory wiring job.

Follow the wiring from the signals, looking for a spot grounding out or bad connection. If nothing is obvious, put a good fuse in it and turn the signals on. Wiggle the wiring until the fuse blows, then you're close.

Voltage can do freaky things to relays and such. Why was the fuse blown? Fuses blow when the circuit shorts to ground or becomes overloaded for the system. Check the aftermarket connections for signs of burning.

when going through your wires, pay special attention to any wires that you find drilled into the frame.. if the previous owner did a shorty wiring job, he/she may have jumped off of a factory ground " earth wire" and its loose or drilled their own, but if your getting more than one thing effected. i want to say they jumped off of a factory wire.. so i would pay special attention to any wires that are spliced and leading to the frame.. carefully tug on these connections, they should be tight enough to apply a a pound or so of pressure, if someghing pulls right out. you'll know where your problem is and save yourself a trip to the dealership at eighty dollars an hour... keep us posted.. let us know what you come accross and take a picture if need a second opinion..

well we put the wires all together tested it and jiggled all the wires and it was still doing a strobing headlight and no right turn signal and the fuses didnt pop until we turned it off and back on again then we tested continuity in all the wires to the gauge cluster and headlights and everything checked out fine my next test will be to see if its the switch do you have any pointers on testing that?

There was another member that had a burned wire in the back of a connector for the main harness at the front harness. His turn signals went wacky too. May want to check that....
