Hi everyone, I just purchased myself a brand new 02 F4i from a local dealership that has been trying to sell it for the past 4 years. When I first took a look at it was covered in dust from sitting in the warehouse since 2002. With 30 miles on it I took it for a test drive and bought it a few minutes later. I've had it for about 2 months now and i'm loving every minute I spend riding it.
Now the bad part... I live in Canada and now winter is comming around the corner ( Snow has started to fall ) meaning I won't be riding anymore till march, april of next year. That's ok though, It just means I'll get to rip around on the trails with my new 06 Ski-doo Rev 800 H.O. Maybe i'll post some pics this winter of how us Canadians have fun during the winter.;)

Nice score. I too have a short weather window. Soon the rains & wind will pick up and maybe some snow but not like up north where you are. But on nice days when we get them I'll be on the road somewhere.

Thank you all. Winter is here and we have about two feet of snow on the ground now. I've taken my snowmobile out three times. Tons of fun but I can't wait to ride my new bike next summer.

Congrats on the bike. I would call the dealer and ask if the fluids are from 2002 or are they new. If they are old I would probably change them out this winter while you are snowed in.

All The fluids were changed the day I bought the bike from the dealership. Also, They threw in a brand new battery so I wouldn't have any starting problems. I just got my seats done with red carbon fibre/leather materal. Tell me what you think.

I wish i could find a deal like that :P you probably got a very good deal for an 02 f4i that's still pretty much brand new. :D
