Hello all,
Just dropping in to say hi. I picked up a 2006 1000RR a month or so ago and thought I'd read up on everyone else's bikes. I've had several bikes in the past. Started about 10 years ago on a 1993 CBR 600, then a TL 1000R a few years later. The last 2 bikes before the present were Ducati 748S's. They were great bikes until time for maintenance. When I owned the last Ducati me and some friends went to the Ed Bargy Racing School in Alabama. 1 had an 03 600RR, and the other on an F4I. Had a great time and learned a lot.
Right now I've only got 500 miles on mine. Haven't had much time to ride. I stripped the rear when it had 7 tenths of a mile, put a fender eliminator on it, and flush signals up front. Here's a few pics of it...
