I would highly recommend a ninja 250 or 500 over a CBR as a starter bike. The nice thing about the 500 is that you won't get tired of it a soon as the 250. I don't care what anyone else says, a CBR is in no way a beginner bike.

And to answer your other question, Honda's only beginner bikes are the Rebel and the Nighthawk. Both 250's and both very boring bikes. I wouldn't recommend either if you're looking for something sporty.

I don't really understand your question. I don't know where you're located, but you should be able to find a dealer in just about any city. Or they should have a dealer locator on their website. Also, you canprobably find a used one without much trouble since a lot of people who buy them probably sell within a few years (or less) to move up tosomething else.

Hi all!! I am a new member to the forums! taking my MSF courses soon!

i have a couple questions

1) What are the difference between the CBR600RR and the CBR600F4I
2) What are their skill levels? I plan to get a Ninja 250 after my MSF courses are completed.
3) Is riding very dangerous?

thanks!!
cheers!
Hello & Welcome!!

1) You'll find that answer all over this site....big differences - looks & positioning...
2) You ride with what your comfortable riding at....end of story....don't catch up if your slow, etc.
3) Yes, but you need to learn how to eliminate risks and the course will teach you that....practice makes perfect, although you're always learning....

GOOD LUCK!
