yes it cranks but will not fire over at all like it sounds like it wants to once and awhile but will not fully turn over but like I said it ran fine for a few days after it was dumped and then stopped after the backfire it was shut off right away and then nothing and has been boggling my mind for bout 4 months now ive done carbs filter oil pressure everything but it still will not fully turn over well almost everything I still have not changed the plugs yet would the timing be off maybe for it not to fire fully or any ideas what would be causing it

Just see if you have a spark, take one of the plugs out leave it attached to the lead , ground it on the engine and turn the engine over to see if you have a spark, if no spark have a look at bypassing clutch switch and side stand switch

If your getting a spark ,forget about the Clutch bypass, have a look at the fuel supply

Okey dokey, if you've got fuel ,air and spark , it could be just the weak spark , but for all spark plugs to go at the same time really points to power supply , Go to section 17 of your manual and run through the checks there for coils and leads, ignition pulse gen and throttle sensor, have you got the peak voltage adaptor, if not you can only check resistance, also without the engine running you can only check the stator and reg/rec for resistance but hopefully will point to the problem
Edit You definitely have petrol flowing through the pump (that is fuel pump relay working) you can swap it with a headlight relay to check
