Welcome to the board! lots of good info to be found around here.
I'm sure someone will have some good advice. Maybe post in the 600 section to get some bike specific answers. Good luck! |
welcome to the sight... ask a lot of questions... someone here knows the answers.

Welcome to the site, Ryan. Other than the obvious (noises, rattles, smoke, rusted out tank, damage under the plastics/signs of a laydown, tweaked parts, etc), I also like to look at wear parts like tires, brakes, sprockets, chain, etc. It gives you an idea of how well it was taken care of and what money you're going to have to put into it from the start. Plus, you can use the price of these parts in negotiating.
If you have a buddy who knows a lot about bikes it's sometimes a good idea to take them along for a second opinion. Enjoy the site and best of luck. |
Welcome aboard Ryan! :)
Check out the F3 forum for any info on somethings that may be trouble areas specifically on the F3. Other than the normal wear/tear items that kilgore stated,I think the F3 is a pretty solid bike. Good luck and keep us posted! |
thanks for all who responded, going to look at the 93 cbr to nite
