Oh, crap! Totally missed that! I don't know for sure but that seems awfully sketchy to me... Not sure I'd be comfortable riding it...

Well got the bike to day,its running well, got 2 new tyres on, the crack that needed repairing: it was actually on the swing arm area,the guy said he has put a new part on see photo,
