Default New here, from Surrey,B.C. Canada

Hi everyone! Just wanted to introduce my self . I Love to ride. I try to get out whenever it isn't raining ( which unfortunatly isn't much thanks to the weather over here in Canada). I ride a 1988 cbr600f hurricane, converted with a 1998 f3 farring. I love this Bike . Which wasn't the case when I bought it, I could never keep up to all these new fuel injected , lighter bikes. Until I fixed her up , with new chain, sprockets and rebuilt carbs and OMG try to catch me . Now all my buddies, say that newer bikes have goveners so we can't go that fast . Lol . I'm proud of the work I've done and love every minute of it .

See you all on the road !!
Nik

Welcome to the CBRF, Nik!
Wow, you did do a good bit of work to her! Looks really good, man. I can understand changing the color to black. I'm not a huge fan of "robin egg" blue.... LOL..

Anyway, good to have you here. If you have any questions (or answers...) check out the 600F section.
Ride safe, man!

Thank you ,, I agree I couldn't stand the colour . You can't see from the pics but it actually was robin egg blue, with metal flake( looked like glitter to me). But that's how I got it for $700 and at first I rode it anyway cause finally I was riding but last year I buggered my knee and couldn't ride so over the winter I went to work and fixed her up
