Just bought my 13th motorcyle. It's my first sportbike, but certainly not my first FAAAASSSST bike -- It's a new left over 05 that I got a great deal on. The deal I got was what made me choose the F4i over the 599 Hornet. Anyway -- I just found this forum and I been browsing around trying to learn more about the CBR series. Great forum!

I have a hell of a time leaving anything stock. I only have 700 miles on this bike, and I just made the first payment, but I already have a head full of ideas: better seat, helibars, undertail conversion, frame sliders, fiddle with the gearing (I don't need to do 80 mph in 2nd gear. I think I'd like a little more snap at lower speeds since it has to be turning about 8000 rpm before ya get up on the pipe.) Also, smaller turn signals. Anyway, from what I've seen so far it looks like there is plenty of knowledge around here, and I'm all ears at present!
