Default New guy F4i - South Florida

Hi, I just bought an '06 F4i so I guess I can post now.

Been riding about a year (my only transportation), every day on my 2003 ZR-7S turned naked, so I got like 7k and a track day on it. Wanted something sportier that could also tour, and here I am. Probably keeping both.

Just picked up the bike and it's absolutely phenomenal. High speed handling is ridiculous. Already ordered SW-Motech quick-detachable side carriers and small Givi cases for it as well as the rear seat cowl. My plan is for this bike to be a quickly convertible sport touring/track machine.

Only issue so far is that the bike was lowered 3" in the rear and like 3/4" in the front, so I need to raise it ASAP...any tips?

Pending mods - Steering damper, LED signal mirrors/integrated brake light, NEW GRIPS, Touring screen of some sort, better tires, dual headlight mod, adjustable handlebars, centerstand, etc etc....

Very sharp bike, man. Doesn't get much cleaner than that.
Sounds like you have some decent plans for her, too. I like the idea of being able to tour it a bit. I've always liked that option with bikes.

Anyway, welcome to the CBRF man.... and ride safe!
