What's up folks. I'm new here, and seeking some advice. Naturally, you can guess my question...yep..what type of bike should I start out on..Well, I'm 6'5 1/2, 260lbs...and apparently I won't "fit" on a 250.....just what I've been told....then again, Ive been told soooooo many different things by alot of people...so now I'm here to ask if there are any Honda's that will fit me. A friend suggested a CBR600...but I have no idea wha the specs are for that one...except that it's a 600...which means it's equivalent to the R6...anyhow...any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.....BTW the Honda's are some sexy machines....

Hello Jay, welcome to the forum.
To answer your question, the best thing to do is to sit on some bikes and decide. You being 6'5" nothing will "fit" you, but some will be better than others. Displacement wise, a 600 will have plenty of power for you. I would look at the F4 and F4i. They may fit better than the 600rr. Or even a 900rr, 929rr, or 954rr. I'm 6'0 225 and the 929s fit me great and are super comfy.... Problem is, finding one.

"What's up?" Everything! ;-) Welcome to CBRF.

^ Good suggestions from 74demon. Go sit on as many dif bikes as you can to get a feel for seating position & ergos. Don't mistake larger engine displacement for better ergos. I have an RC51 & an F4 & the F4 is more comfortable than the RC51.
