Howdy,

I'm Jay, I live in Central Connecticut and just got a 01 F4i 600 with the Repsol plastics.

I had a 00 Gsxr600 for a few years but had to sell it when I moved to CT. Just getting back on now.

(Unfortunately the new bike needs some work before I'll feel safe - see my other thread that I will be creating soon if you have some advice.)

Look forward to meeting some of you.

** And just realized a "d" snuck into my subject line. I feel silly.

Welcome to CBRF! what kind of work does the bike need? Be sure to check the F4i section for any information you are looking for, if you don't see what you want just ask!

Thanks all for the welcome... (sorry for the late response, I usually disappear on the weekends)

As far as the work it needs, I think the steering head bearings are shot and the front rim is bent. I managed to get a rim w/ a tire thats in better condition than what I have for decent money. I haven't gotten to change it yet. I'll keep you all posted and get to putting up some pics this week.

Don't know what you're talking about.

Welcome to the site, man, and good luck on the fix.
