i would def. get the 04. fuel injection, newer, only a little more. and 5000 is expensive for any 2000.

PS: do you have pics of either bike? (just cuz i like to look at bikes)

yah i think you guys talked me into the f4i, only thing is....i like the orange/black so much more!! lol

You can always repaint the F4i with that orange scheme.
Either that or also just swap the fairings... they're all the same except for the front, and no holes for the grab bar on the rear. But everything else bolts right up

yah so i went to the dealer, and looked at both bikes and ended up going with the f4i!

when i started up the f4, smoke started coming through the guages, and they looked like they were messed with...so i stayed away from that.

i am going to pick up the bike on saterday and take it home, is there anything speciffically you guys think i should look at before i leave the dealer?

also, the dealer was telling me that the f4i's batterys are kinda weird and if i leave the bike unsed for more than 2 weeks then the battery would completly die and could not be re-charged. he advised a battery tender.

does this seem right to you guys?
