Default New bike: '08 CBR600RR

Hi Guys.

I am new to the forum and the feedback to my questions last week was very helpful. I have since found a clean '08 CBR 600 that I purchased this past Friday. It only has just over 1k miles.

What a blast these bikes are.

Anyway - here are some pictures:

Nice bike but that's not an 08 CBR600RR. Undertail exhaust, among other things I noticed.

the 600RR still has undertail exhaust even on the current model A 09+ has the engine covered more on the side. The 600RR basically still looks the same from 07 up.

Nice bike, mind if I ask what you paid for it?

Hmmm...I didn't know that. I thought both the 600RR and 1000RR had the Moto GP style side exhaust on the 08+. Sorry about that.

The seller was asking $6,500 and I paid $6,000. Thanks.

Yep, only the 1000rr went to the shorty gp style exhaust, 600 is still undertail even for 2011.

Welcome man, $6K is an steal for that bike with such low mileage!
