Never really introduced myself....

I have a 1994 CBR 600 F2. This is my first bike so its plenty fast enough, but I just couldn't stand the purple and yellow. So I put my auto body repair knowledge in use. (thats what im going to school for)

Here is the thread of the repaint. Before and after pics.... well its almost done.

Hey 99LS1 and welcome!!

I love the old F2, used to have one myself before my F3, looking forward to seeing your finished bike and looks a spiffing job so far ... I know just what goes into a decent respray as I used to help my dad restore classic cars many years ago ...post up pics when done please!!

Well here is a pic that I have, bare with me, the cowl pieces aren't in so you wont see the purple on the back side nor the ugly header. The front fender isn't on and the brakes are not either.

I have a new chain waiting to go on and also new sprockets. Chain is gold and black it should look pretty cool.

So far as of this pic I have put a new throttle tube on and the grip and end bar. Im still looking for a right side inspection door. Cant find one any where. ebay goes for about 70 bucks, thats ridiculous for a piece of plastic.

As for the LS1 you say..... Full bolts-ons is my end goal. Putting headers and True duals on this summer, as for Sub frame connectors and probably a LS7 clutch.
