Ok, I need immediate help for below problem from you guys.

My Bike: Honda CBR 599cc 2002 Model - F4i Sports - Valentino Rossi Limited edition

Problem
1. Wiring Harness.
Recently I got a problem with Fuel pump, My technician managed to replace with new one. But the problem is after fixing the fuel pump he tried to start the bike. Bike started and shorted some where - n Bike got off.
He checked few wirings, some of them burnt he cleaned it and replaced with new.
he is unable to find EARTHING (GROUNDING) wire issue, Some where circuit is not complete.
PINK color wire which goes from ignition key (Security) to ECM got damaged by mistake. Some where i read below message....
"01-03 has a vehicle anti theft device in the ignition harness. If at any time the wire harness is tampered with the ignition will short out. To check this there is a pink wire going to the ignition and a diode on it if you turn the key on you should have 8-9 volts there if not it will not allow the ECM to power up fully so the fuel pump and coil packs will not receive and power"
But in our case When you switch on the Key we can hear fuel pump priming...& F1 light glow. Its working but no power to spark plugs. We keep trying so many thing using service manuals. none of this is helping.
I am really fed up. But I can't leave my baby like that I need to fix it some how.
Please guys any body faced this issue, Help me out to solve this.
I'm in hard time.
I hope your experience can guide me in solving this issue.
