kind of new
I was previously registered on here when i owned my cbr1000fr after 3 years away and 2 suzukis (gs500 and 600 bandit) that i used for commuting im now back with honda .
recently purchased a 2000 cbr600f4
In great condition low millage and service history so well happy with it
it needs a new set of boots , its currently got a set of dunlop sportmax roadsmarts but ive only ever rode on bridgestone bt020s but these have been discontinued so im goin to try a set of the bt023s.
im goin to get a rear hugger and scottoiler fitted and mirrors are scuffed off previous owner who had a narrow entry between 2 houses to get down so there getting changed aswell
but yeah other than that its very clean and im more than happy with it
anyway just thought id say hello again

Well, welcome back then! Glad you came back to your senses
Not judging or anything but what in earth got you trading a Hurricane to a GS500?! Must have felt like a moped after that. I once actually almost upsided an electronically restricted Bandit 600 when the rev limiter cut in whilst mid-corner and I lost the rear wheel traction for a fraction of a second, scary stuff...

Cheers for your comments guys!!
Mattson - gs500 probably the worst desision of my life!! My 1000fr was kicking out 147 bhp at the back wheel . . . Gs was kicking 39 bhp at the back wheel it was crap , but it was pennys to insure and id use it every day for work and it would only need filling up once a month. However 1 hard winter and it turned into a rot box truely shocking how bad they corroded , brakes were crap so was the suspension.bandit was a bit better but not much really (i missed my 1000f really bad at this point) but still have to commute so ive gone for the 600 and my god im glad i did!! What a bike it is and im glad im back with honda dont think ill ever own anythin other than honda from now on!

Cheers for all the welcomes !!
I missed my 1000fr alot loved everything about it , only mods i did to it was a 4-2-1 micron stainless steel headers to a single remus carbon can , smaller tinted rear indicators ,tinted screen and red rim tape.
She was my toy and it only came out in the sun.
My cbr600 is being used daily for comuting as well as goin for ride outs so its a jack of all trades but i must admit the 600 is alot more nimble and flickable than the 1000f so is more fun when the black stuff gets twisty
