Just saying hello

Hello to everyone. I've been checking the site out for a couple of weeks now and figured it was time to say hi. I don't have a honda yet, but I am looking for one. I've been in love with the cbr since my uncle got on back in 96. I've been riding street bikes for two years now and looking to upgrade from my ex 500 i got as a starter bike. It's seems to be very hard to find a good used bike in my area so i might just end up waiting till the winter and checking out the 07's or looking into a left over 06.

Hello and welcome to the forum, lots to learn here. In searching for a bike, depends on what your looking for and how much you want to spend of course, but the used inventory at the dealers and craigslist has always done me good! Good luck in your search, be safe, and again, welcome!

Wise move -- '06 in late January will be a deal indeed. Only downside is selection is limited. Anyways, welcome to the board ... we'll still be here when ya get your CBR:)

Good luck on your quest to find a bike. I looked for a good used one and never found one, they all had been laid down and wanting close to what a new bike costs. I went with a new one at a shop in Columbia, MO.
