Talking just bought a 600 F3, My 1st bike.... freakin life changing!!

hey everybody, I am the proud new owner of a 1998 cbr600. It is odd that I purchased this bike seeing as I have always wanted a cruiser. To be honest, the only reason that I did is that i purchased it for about the same price as the V&H pipe that is on it. I have only riden a few dirt bikes and my experience on asphalt is only runnin from cops or crossing the road. I gotta tell ya I was really nervous the first time I took her out, but when I wound her out to about 10 grand in 1st 2nd and third and then looked at the speedo I finally understand what all the fuss is about.
Anyway, I'm still learning and I will have a bunch of questions because I do all my own mechanic work. I'll try to keep her rubber side down.

Welcome to the forum, wc. Not many cruisers gonna give you that kind of acceleration, that's for sure! Let me be the first to suggest you take the MSF course. Lots of life saving tips to make sure you continue enjoying your new way of life. Post some pics of your new ride and stop by the f3 section with any ?'s you may have about your bike. Gear up, ride safe, and most of all, have fun!
