Aftrer speaking to my dealer LLOYD HONDA he gave me the phone number for honda insurance Best quote is £1200 If i have alarm chain tracker datatag in place the quote may drop a little

Any idea how the rates are calculated there?

there will be some ive forgotten Im contacting my buildings and contents ins company in a week or so as all my insurances including the dog are with the same company A bit of loyalty may go a long way unlike my pension

 

Pretty much the same here in the States.
Insurance here is a necessary scam. You are required to have it, you pay for it constantly but if you ever actually use it, your rates go up or they flat out drop you.
