Hi guys, I just got my first ever street bike, it is a 02 CBR 954RR, I'm happy with it so far, it came with an extra Scorpion hi perf exhaust that I want to use, but I need to install a power commander, any input about this will be appreciated, how to buy it, how to installed, it is recommended etc.

Welcome to the site. Is there a reason why you two didn't buy a hayabusa or a zx-14 for your first bikes (or street bike)?

One last thing, why is your screen name 02CBR1000RR (was the 1000rrr made in 02 or was 04 the first year?) if you have a 954 and it is your first street bike????
