Smile Hi from Toronto, Canada

Hey everyone. New to the message boards. I bought a 2001 F4i (White and Red scheme) back in December, so I've been reading a lot of helpful posts on here. I love the bike...I ride it daily to work (when it's not freezing cold lol). I look forward to learning more and getting to know people on here.

Welcome aboard! Settle in & make yourself at home.

Congrats on getting your F4i. They are great bikes.

Be safe out there!

Thanks guys. Been reading posts on here for a while, doing research on which bike to get. I gotta say...I love my F4i. And there's so much useful info on these boards, I'll be here a lot for basic maintenance, etc... Just been getting to know the bike. The previous owner told me to be careful cuz the F4i can easily make you feel over-confident. I can see how that can be true.

Hey I'm Just a little farther west from Kitchener from you! I owned a 2003 F4i which I sold.. and now am working on my new project 2001 F4i.

Have a look at both bikes. Not sure if I will do the white and Neon green theme just yet on the "project bike".

@jeffjones - thanks bud. I recently signed up on gtamotorcycle...same username also. Nice looking bike!! Do you have any pics of the LED intake signals? I was thinking about doing that since I have flushmounts on mine...scares me a bit when turning.

@Proendo - hey, how's it going? You know, that actually looks really nice in all white with neon green accents. What other colours were you considering?

@jeffjones - I like how that looks. Plus, it's safer for oncoming traffic seeing you. BTW...planning to change my oil and filter soon (installed frame sliders last weekend). I read your post about using foil over the headers to catch any drips. Thanks for that.

And I agree...Proendo's potential white and neon green looks nice and clean.
