Hi there,

Hi all,
I have just purchased a 91 plate cbr 600 for my first bike :-)
Unfortunately it has a go exhaust which I have been told it won't pass an MOT so I was wondering if any one can suggest a good replacement which won't cost the earth

Hi and welcome to the forum! Where are you located? I'm in CA so I don't know what a MOT is, an inspection I assume?

Hi CJardine,
Thanks for the welcome. I'm located in the uk and your right an mot is a yearly inspection to make sure a bike is road legal.

Any suggestions on cans / exhausts would be much appreciated

congrats on your bike,
i take it your in the uk for an mot, best have a scour through ebay for a cheap replacement follow this link
cbr600 exhaust | eBay
get some pics up when you can, just remember if you have a fussy mot tester your can must be eu(kite marked) for road use
