Default Hi to forum people.

Hey forum dwellers, just signing in to say hi and thanks for a wealth of knowledge. About 2 days away from picking up my 2000 fireblade, so i thought i better find more about the in`s and out`s of the bike before i take delivery. Any thoughts or direction you can direct me to, just so i can do it right the first time. only 15300K`s on her too.

Welcome to the forums!! :-)

Congratulations on the fireblade, always loved that model whatever incarnation it took ... if you haven't ridden before then seriously get training and take care on that thing ... also read up about counter steeering, the link in my signature

enjoy the forum and be safe!! :-)

Rally in south london on tuesday 30th june evening to visit the Hannah Barry art exhibition - Bold Tendencies, and place our bikes in it! The show is on a roof top overlooking london and our bike will look great up there! If interested email Shaun - individualspace@yahoo.co.uk

Hey Quazi, congrats on your new bike. As for getting aquainted with it, best to ask your fellow 929RR owners in your respective section. You can also download a service manual in General Tech. Post some pictures if you get the chance.
