Im new to riding, just bought a 2000 Honda CBR600F4. It has a few issues but it runs.

Hi, the issues it has is that its missing the neutral safety switch (i believe) since it doesn't start with the kickstand down and the neutral light doesnt turn on.

yes its ridable, super fun since its my first bike!

Will it start with the kickstand down, in neutral AND the clutch lever pull in?

Hi frank,

it will not. only with the kickstand up, in neutral or in gear it'll start.
