Default hey folks I'm new to forum

Hi there folks I am the proud new owner of a pile of hurricane parts taht is CBR600f1 to you youngsters. I currently ride a 90 VFR that is a superb ride. Especially as my last 2 rides were SOHC hondas. I know my way around a bike a bit but I am lookng for a downloadable free manual for this old bike. As I said I have a pile of parts fora 87/88 hurricane and I mean a pile. The current stage of assembly is rolling chassi with engine installed but little else. An exploded view or line drawing would be excellent especially something that shows routing of plumbing wiring ect. I think I have most of it in my head but I would like to be sure thanks and great forum so far. Who owns an old hurricane?

Looks like you have your work cut out for you there! [sm=smiley20.gif]

Do a search on StephyGee -- she has links to some downloadable manuals.

Thanks , I will search it out The pile looks worse than it is as there is an extra front end and an extra swingarm assembly as well as two tanks and sundry other doubles. I have the engine in it and radiator.Iam going to change outthe forks as the ones init are suspected of needing fork seals and while it is in this stage it will be simpler tojust change it out to a known good front end. I should put in tapered roller bearings wile I am at it. Any parts numbers or recommendations?
