Hello from Victoria BC! Smokin Joe's CBR!
Pretty good site. I have tried a few other CBR sites and I CAN'T upload pics. Some sites only allow pics IF they are already on another web site. Other sites simply won't allow them. So when I saw this one...............I can upload pics. (well I am in the process of uploading them. Hopefully it works)
I first started riding in my early 20's (ten years ago now) with an 85 Ninja 600. Piece of crap. Seriously. I upgraded shortly thereafter with a mint cond. 93 GSX-R 750. Wow, the power difference was night and day, and the handling even better. Now, I have the CBR 600, but only for about 3 days now. It is piped and jetted. Many pieces have been chromed. So far, I am happy with it. I can tell you really have to wind er out to get the power, unlike the bigger 750. But I can tell the handling is better due to the lightness. I can only imagine what an 08 600RR would be like. One can dream.
Anyways, hello to you all!

Welcome to the site. The smokin' joe's edition is a sweet ride. Congrats!
FYI. There's a recent thread in the off topic section about posting pics, but it essentially requires you to click the mountain pic right above the text window, and paste a link from a photosharing site such as photobucket.
