Hello Everyone.
I had been visiting this sight for a while, before I registered. I was shopping for a bike. I ended up getting a 1997 900RR for a great deal. The only catch to this was that the seller had dissassembled it and bought a new CBR 1000RR, instead of putting this one back together. Who could blame him for that!
Anyway, I will be in need of some technical help and some parts. So far, I found that I've needed hardware (missing), the most.
I started riding street bikes in 1992, with a 1988 GSXR 750 (Slingshot). The last bike I had previous to this one was a 1995 CBR600F3. I sold it in 1999 and regretted it ever since. I have not had a bike since, and really wished I did. The price was right on the RR, now I'm back (at least I will be when I get it put together).

Sorry I did not check this post for a while. Thanks I appriciate the welcome. oNi, my last bike was EXACTLY like the pictures of the bike on your post. That thing was awesome, I should have never sold it.
Progress on the 900RR has been a little slow. It turns out that there have been a few things missing that I've had to buy. Still not running yet. I'm lacking the throttle position sensor, a battery, and fuel lines. From there, we'll see what else it needs.

FordFrenzy97 & cbr04- Do you every get down to Clearwater & Tampa on Saturday nights? There are probably between 100 to 150 bikes that meet up on Gulf to Bay Blvd. (SR60), around 10:00 and ride over to different places in Tampa around 11:00. When I had my last bike, I used to do it all of the time. Maybe I'll see you there.
pitsvtec- Where in Jersey are you at? I have a lot of family in South Jersy, close to Philly.
