If they do that it would be pretty harsh & i'm sure against trading standards as well. You've asked them to fix the problem, they told u it was the transmission so if they got it wrong then the bill for replacing/repairing the transmission shouldn't be your bill to pay. I don't think a legit company such as Honda would do that ?????

Yeah, I did go look at it and they are definitely right. It's really bad. Here's a link to the other topic... that way I'm not double posting everything. I posted a couple pictures there too
